Information Stored on Your Device

The application keeps the content you create within its own storage on your Android device. This local content is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow, and the company does not receive it unless you choose to send it.

The app does not require your name, identity documents or other personal identity information for its core workflow. Because you decide what to type, attach or record, the local content you create may contain personal information if you choose to enter it.

The kinds of content the app holds locally include:

You can remove individual entries inside the app, and you can also clear all local app data from within the app. Uninstalling the application removes its local content from the device as well.

• saved packs
• expected-item states such as confirmed, missing, uncertain or not relevant
• your notes
• local attachments, including photos and files you select
• locally generated summaries
• export artefacts saved on the device
• templates you have edited
• local preferences and settings

Optional Photos and Local Attachments

Where you add a photo or a file to a pack, that item is chosen by you and is stored as local app content on the device. It is not automatically sent to the developer, and the app does not scan your photo library or camera in the background.

Adding attachments is optional. The notebook works without any photos or files, and a pack built only from typed entries and states remains fully usable.

Exporting, Copying and Sharing

The app can produce simple summaries that you may export, copy or share through Android system actions such as the share sheet. This happens only when you initiate it; nothing is exported or shared on your behalf.

Your data remains on the device unless you choose to export, copy or share it. Once you export a file, it stays wherever you save it, and any app or service you share it with handles that copy under its own privacy practices.

External Services You May Open

Some actions open external Android services when you select them, such as a browser and the Android share sheet. Those external services operate under their own privacy practices, and the company does not control what they do with information once they are open.

What the Application Does Not Include

Gaj Health Care does not include login or account registration, payment processing or subscriptions, and it does not provide monetisation features.

The app also does not use cloud synchronisation and does not hold your content on company servers. Your packs, entries and notes stay on your own device.

Gaj Health Care supports preparation and record-keeping only. The summaries and states it produces are based on the observations and entries you make yourself, and they are intended for informational and practical purposes.

The app does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency guidance, and it is not a substitute for assessment by a qualified professional or for emergency services. Nothing in the app or its outputs is legal, financial, insurance or regulatory advice, and no output represents certification, professional sign-off or regulatory clearance.

Retention and Security

Local content remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's local data or uninstall the application. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them, and managing those copies is up to you.

Local app content is kept within the application's own storage on the device and is not held on company servers. Protecting the device itself, for example with the screen lock you have configured, and looking after any exported files remain with you as the device user.

Your Rights in the UK and EEA

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including rights of access, correction, deletion and restriction. Whether those rights apply in a given case depends on the law and on whether personal data is being processed.

Because the app's content is held locally, you can usually manage it directly on your device: review it in the app, delete individual entries, clear local app data or uninstall the application. If you have contacted the company by email, you can write again to ask about that correspondence.

If you contact the company by email, the company receives your email address and whatever your message contains. That correspondence is separate from the content you keep in the app.

Children and Age Requirements

Gaj Health Care is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or otherwise address the situation.
